Who we are
Find AI is a specialist AI recruitment service operated by Linux Recruit. For anything on this page, reach us at contact@we-find.ai.
Registered company details and the ICO registration number are to be confirmed by Linux Recruit before this page is finalised.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign in. We use passwordless sign-in, so your email is also how we identify you — we never ask for or store a password.
- Your CV, if you choose to upload one, and anything you tell us or our assistant while building a profile: job title, seniority, region, skills, achievements, availability, and optionally your current and expected salary.
- Applications you make to advertised roles, so a consultant can act on them.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not run third-party analytics on this site. See the Cookie Policy.
Your profile is anonymous by default
This is the part worth reading twice, because it is the point of the service. Your name, contact details and the employers you have worked for are stripped from your profile before any hiring company sees it. Companies see an anonymous reference — “Candidate #235” — and a skills profile. They cannot request your identity from the system.
- Nothing is searchable by companies until you publish it. You see exactly what they will see before you approve it.
- You can unpublish or delete your profile at any time, and it takes effect immediately.
- Your salary details are shown only to your Find AI consultant, never to companies.
How the AI assistant uses your data
Signed in, you can talk to an AI assistant that helps with your search. It can read and — with your agreement — update your own profile, search the advertised job board and the briefs companies send us directly, and register your interest in a role.
- It only ever sees your data. It cannot look up another candidate.
- It never contacts an employer on your behalf. A human consultant makes every introduction, including for roles you register interest in through the assistant.
- It cannot publish your profile. That decision stays with you.
Who else is involved
- Linux Recruit's recruitment system (Bullhorn) — the source of the vacancies advertised here, and where applications are recorded.
- Postmark — sends your sign-in links and notification emails.
- Hosting — the service runs on servers in Germany (Hetzner), within the EEA.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep your profile for as long as your account exists. Delete it and the profile goes with it. Applications you have made are retained by Linux Recruit as part of their recruitment records.
Specific retention periods are to be confirmed with Linux Recruit.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable form. Much of this you can do yourself from your profile page. For anything else, email contact@we-find.ai.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. See also our GDPR page.
